thank you for sharing!! what do you think about stevia? I cut protein powder out for that reason, but it’s also such and fast/easy/delicous way to get protein in so I’m torn
Hi there! I am getting this question a lot. I personally am not worried about it because I don't consume much at all. If I was eating tons of stevia sweetened products than I might worry about it since the amount would be much more, but even so I am not aware of any clinical studies on negative impacts.
